As a health and safety precaution, our Mask can only be returned if deemed damaged.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted / sale items and orders are non-cancellable.
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE
We will only process a replacement or refund if your order contained damaged or incorrect items. Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to provide you with either a refund or an exchange of goods available on our website. To be eligible for this service, you will be required to return the damaged or incorrect goods to our warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase
- The returned items must be unworn or otherwise unused in the original packets.
- We do not offer product exchanges if you simply change your mind.
If you request an exchange of goods, this will only be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above.

Our Mask are the absolute best possible products available to us at any one time. However, availabilities change and the exact products in our packs are also subject to change. If any of the above conditions are not met, Breathe reserves the right to refuse the return. With all return enquiries, we endeavor to respond to you within 3 business days.
